Volunteer

Cheshire Homes offers activities geared towards enlightening the social experience of our residents and encourages community integration. We try to balance internal and external activities; utilizing community events and home-based social interactions with other residents. Our Residents take part in a variety of activities that are dependent on Our Volunteers. We are always looking for Volunteers to help our Residents during barbeques, Folk Fest, the JazzFest, the Zoo, Movie Nights, Football Games, Taste of Saskatchewan, Board/Video Game Nights, River Walks, Birthday Suppers, Exercise Programs, and many other activities.

  • have an Outgoing and Caring Spirit;

  • have a valid Criminal Record and Vulnerability Check;

  • have Experience working with physically and/or cognitively challenged individuals
