Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide an accessible comfortable home with personal support services for young adults with physical disabilities.

To actualize this mission, every action we take as individuals and as an organization must be motivated by the following commitments.

At Cheshire Homes we strive to:
Provide safe attendant care services;

Consult with you on a regular basis to obtain your feedback;

As a resident, you have the right to expect:
Safe 24 hour care attendant service;
Informed choice;
Privacy and confidentiality;
Dignity, comfort and expression of opinion;
Information.

As a resident you have the responsibility to:
Provide accurate information to the care attendants that assist you.
Ask questions when you do not understand.
To follow the care plan you have developed and inform your attendant care worker when you are not able to do so.
To recognize the needs of other people might be more urgent than your own.
To be aware of how living with risk and making lifestyle choices affects your overall wellness.
To maximize your abilities.
